Tungsten Rhenium Thermocouple Wire

Tungsten can be added 3%, 5%, 25% and 26% of rhenium to form tungsten rhenium alloy for high temperature thermocouple wire and the cathode wire. It has good high-temperature ductility, used in the electronics industry, nuclear industry and aerospace industries.

WRe3/25, WRe5/26 alloy thermocouple wire by spray drying milling process to improve uniformity and performance of processing,mechanical and thermal, all technical performance reach the world advanced level.
WRe thermocouple is applied to 0 ~ 2300 °C temperature in vacuum, inert and reducing atmosphere, and also used as molten steel rapid temperature measurement probe. Antioxidation WRe thermocouple replacing PtRh thermocouple, the application is extremely broad.

 W-Re alloys are made from Tungsten alloyed with3%,5%,25% or 26% Rhenium,which become more ductile and machineable .With good electrical properties,W-Re alloys are widely used as high temperature thermocouple materials.
