Tungsten wire is made of pure tungsten powder sintered into strips by powder metallurgy, and then drawn. Tungsten aluminum wire commonly used for high temperature and shockproof filament, double helix filament, grid cathode, folded filament, tungsten twisted wire and other parts; plating a layer of gold on the surface of the tungsten wire can increase the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the tungsten wire , Often used as electrode wire of copiers, corrosive electron emission materials, high temperature physics and meteorological instrument materials, etc.
Uses: Manufacturing electric light sources and electric vacuum parts, used as high-temperature heating elements and high-temperature structural parts, and used to make tungsten spirals for vacuum evaporation.
Appearance: During the production process, the surface of the tungsten wire will be coated with graphite milk, which is more uniform black, and the graphite milk is removed and it is metallic. The surface of the tungsten wire is smooth and free of burrs, cracks, scratches, pits, unevenness and oil stains.
Storage: Tungsten wire must be stored in a clean and dry container with a temperature not higher than 28°C and a humidity not greater than 60%. It should be stored strictly in isolation from chemicals. White wire is best vacuum packed to prevent surface oxidation. Tungsten is a brittle material at room temperature, so please don't shake it quickly during transportation.
